Returns & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of every order. As a result, we only accept returns or offer refunds where an error or fault has occurred on our part.

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued as store credit for use on a future purchase.


Order Processing & Shipping

Every order undergoes a detailed processing procedure before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Your order will go through the following stages:

  • Order confirmation
  • Supplier fulfilment
  • Arrival at our warehouse
  • Comprehensive quality inspection
  • Secure packaging and dispatch

Please note that delivery times begin only after your order has completed processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, your order is most likely still being processed.

Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping: 9–19 business days

Express Shipping: 4–8 business days

If you're purchasing multiple items, we recommend selecting the same shipping method for every product to help ensure they arrive together.
